3. Site Builders. Don't get me started! They use templates that look like templates and that you can't completely change. They are "tethered" to a particular web host - that means you cannot move your site. If you decide to move it, you have to rebuild. And they usually have page limits, and function limits.
4. Full featured content management/shopping cart systems. Some people say these are hard to use - and they are if you are trying to build a site yourself with no help (they are great though, when you have skilled help to assist you in learning your part, and to do the hard parts for you). Functions vary widely between them, and it is important that you choose a good one with good security and good expansion options that is still reasonably easy to use.
