Support

Support is available in four ways:

  1. Instructional Resources are available for registered users for using your website, for building your business, and for industry specific instructions. Obviously we don't want customized private instructions that apply to the resources that our clients have built to be available to the public. Our instructions are good, and helpful, and cover the most common issues. We have manuals, video, instructional articles, and FAQs. Support website is available through the Support Site link.
  2. Online support forums. Questions WILL be answered. No support questions on our forum will be ignored! We prefer that you take questions here, simply because this way, our answer for you can help many people. Support forums are available after you login to the Support Site.
  3. Email Support. When you have a question that involves private information, or circumstances particular to your situation, we welcome emails from you, and will answer them as quickly as possible. Just click the Contact Link above for an email form.
  4. Phone Support. This is costly to provide, so we ask that you make sure that you need to talk to someone by phone before you call, but if you do, we'll gladly help you. Just use the Contact link above for our phone number.
